For the LORD is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations. Psalms 100:5 (NIV)
Christ Our Redeemer AME (COR Church) worshiped for fourteen years in hotels, homes, class rooms, other churches, and even a bowling alley. We moved over twenty times from one location to another, and to yet another. One church asked us to leave their site; others made promises they could (did) not keep. Through it all, we never lost our desire to plant our feet on solid ground!
In 2006, the Lord opened up the windows of heaven, pouring COR Church into our own worship center. We have witnessed tremendous growth in spirit, souls, and grace. We thank God for the faithful members of COR Church who sacrificed time, treasure, and talent to build God’s worship center. COR Church now has two satellites churches located at University of California, Irvine and California State University, Fullerton.
We welcome new members to belong, behave, and believe as seasoned members of COR! This is the wise beginning to a living end!
